Return & Refund Policy
At London Artificial Grass Company, all of our products are made to order. Because of this, orders are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has begun. Please check all measurements, specifications, and requirements carefully before placing your order.
1. Non-Refundable Orders
- As our products are cut or manufactured to your requirements, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds if you change your mind or provide incorrect measurements.
- This exclusion is permitted under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which does not apply to goods that are made to a customer’s specification or clearly personalised.
2. Faulty or Damaged Goods
Your statutory rights are not affected. If the goods you receive are:
- faulty,
- damaged, or
- not as described,
we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery if your order arrives damaged or faulty. Please provide photographs and order details when contacting us.
3. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so before production has started. Once work has begun on your order, it cannot be cancelled.
