How much does delivery cost?
We offer nationwide delivery on all our fake grass ranges. Delivery charges are as follows:
- Central London – £35.99
- Greater London – £49.99
- United Kingdom – £49.99
- Scotland and Ireland – £85.00
How long does delivery take?
Delivery for most items is around 3-5 days.
Outside London, Kent, Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire, items will be delivered by a third party. Collections are made every Wednesday and Friday, with delivery 3-4 days later.

Please note that deliveries can be made to ground floor only. We regret that it is not possible to transport any items up flights of stairs.

Returns policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your artificial grass and accessories.
You have the right to cancel or return any product within 30 days. All we ask is that you ensure it is in its original packing, and in as-new condition.
Should there be a problem with your item, for example it is damaged or there is a discrepancy with the order, we ask that you notify us within 48 hours of delivery. If the product is damaged in any way and unfit for use, we will happily exchange it.
